About Me
I run a full time solo private practice specializing in trauma, ADHD, and marriage counseling. I'm also a mom. I have always been a dog lover, and have spent the past decade training therapy dogs who are excellent trauma co-therapists. I love the outdoors, love to cook, and enjoy adventures!
Education & Experience
I hold a Masters in Social Work, and the highest level of licensure in NYS. I have over 20 years experience working primarily with trauma. I specialize in PTSD, Complex PTSD, Early disrupted attachment, and First Responders/LEO. My secondary specialities include ADHD, and marriage counseling. I like to use multiple modalities tailored to clients needs, including Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Schema therapy, and TEAM CBT.
