About Me

Hi, I’m Laura (she/her), owner of Inclusive Pathways Therapy PLLC! I use a relational and collaborative approach to help teens (13+) and adults navigate the lasting impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. My approach integrates EMDR, attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems ("parts work"), and mindfulness. I find that being able to offer different approaches depending my client's current experience, helps to find a pace that balances both safety and courage. As a neurodivergent clinician, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients through affirming, collaborative care. I’m also committed to serving diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+. Your identity matters! In addition to offering ongoing therapy which may included EMDR, I also provide EMDR work for folks who already have a primary therapist. I provide therapy in-person and through telehealth. Some clients prefer a mix of both. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to give you a chance to get a sense of me before scheduling a first session.

Education & Experience

I am a licensed clinical social worker (licensed in 2018). In addition to being EMDR Certified, I have training in Internal Family Systems for complex trauma, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (based in attachment science), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and additional training in working with autistic and gender diverse individuals. I believe it’s part of my responsibility as a therapist to continually do my own inner work and approach this profession with humility. I strive to recognize my privilege and stay accountable for my own ongoing learning and growth.
