About Me
You don’t have to stay stuck. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I offer a collaborative and practical approach to help you move forward. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are ready for more than just coping skills. My style is warm, straightforward, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones—with the right support. Together, we’ll cut through the noise, untangle the patterns that hold you back, and build a roadmap toward lasting relief and resilience. Therapy with me is active and personalized. We’ll get curious about patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and practice strategies that make a real difference in daily life. I draw from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure & Ritual Prevention (EXRP). If you're looking for a compassionate therapist who won’t just listen, but will help you break through what’s holding you back, I’d be honored to be part of your journey. I offer in-person sessions in Bethesda, MD and provide virtual services in Maryland, DC, Vermont, and Colorado.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Social Work in Clinical Practice and Leadership from the University of Tennessee. I have experience working in public schools, community health, and intensive outpatient settings. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP).
