About Me
As a licensed psychotherapist, I work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. I help clients understand patterns and dynamics that impact well-being, explore and process difficult experiences, and build practical skills to foster lasting, meaningful change. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and I believe that with the right support, it's possible to move through internal barriers and create space for healing, connection, and fulfillment.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Social Work in Clinical Practice and Leadership from the University of Tennessee. I am a board approved supervisor and have experience working in public schools, community health, private practice, and intensive outpatient settings.
