Hello! I am an AuDHD play therapist who helps parents discover effective parent management techniques and develop an understanding of the neurobiology of attachment. I also assist parents in exploring co-regulation techniques to help children calm their nervous systems and improve family function. I'm passionate about empowering parents to break free from frustration and build stronger relationships with their children. As an adoptee, military veteran, and individual who has overcome personal struggles with substance use, I've discovered the transformative power of evidence-based treatments. Now, I'm dedicated to empowering others who face similar challenges. With a passion for sharing proven techniques, I help individuals and families break free from the cycles of substance use and achieve their unique goals. With expertise in EMDR Play Therapy, I support children and their families in navigating the complexities of life and modern parenting. I'm also a vocal advocate for children's rights, working to dismantle the Treatment Industrial Complex that perpetuates the school-to-prison pipeline. As an Education Consultant, I offer support in navigating educational institutions to ensure children's mental well-being remains a top priority. Furthermore, I provide expert guidance on collaborating with schools to promote student mental health and wellness. I also help families advocate for their children's mental health needs within the education system.
