About Me

As a clinician, I seek to collaborate with any and every client who comes in the door on the treatment they may need. I want to know the symptoms you endure or the goals that feel impossible to even speak. I will find you the most effective treatment, even if that means referring you out. Sometimes, though, I recognize a person just needs a safe relationship to find hope again. I grew up quickly in a childhood full of grief and loss. With a deep craving for meaning, my young adult years felt a painful gap between religion and functional mental health. I can adapt modalities to the needs of different diagnoses and symptoms. However, I tend to thrive as a clinician using IFS (a form of therapy recognizing parts of the self connected to problematic symptoms), EMDR, Narrative therapy, Sensorimotor therapy, and EFT. We live in a predominantly logical society and have lost touch with the wisdom of embodiment and physicality. I aim to help clients bridge the gap between mind and body, which I believe is where spirituality comes to life. I am a therapist who creates space for clients to express sprituality as they organically lead. I have seen psychological healing naturally bring spiritual beauty to my clients. Clients do not have to fear my opinions hindering or forcing a spiritual moment.
