About Me

Hello, I am the solo owner of my private practice that I started in 2013. In 2015 I found Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which changed the direction in my work with my clients. EMDR is my primary treatment modality, however, I am proficient in several complementary techniques, including Flash Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Polyvagal Theory applications, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). I’m currently accepting clients for EMDR intensives. To learn more about intensives and my approach, please visit my website. www.kellyredkolesLCSW.com

Education & Experience

In 2006 I earned my Master of Social Work Degree through an Accredited Advanced Standing Program. Following my graduate studies, I dedicated nearly a decade to working at a community mental health center, gaining extensive experience in the field prior to opening my private practice. Beyond my clinical practice, I have been an educator in the social work field for the last nine years as an adjunct professor in both BSW and MSW programs. I also serve as a clinical supervisor for provisionally licensed social workers (LSWs) at a local practice and through private supervision.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I am deeply committed to my community, advocating for initiatives that promote racial, social, medical, mental health, and economic equity. I am a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and EMDRIA. I continue to contribute to the field through my practice, mentorship, and advocacy.
