About Me
I specialize in working with adults healing from relational trauma, as well as anxiety, PTSD, and the emotional impact of life transitions. My approach is grounded in EMDR therapy, which supports the brain and body’s natural capacity to process and integrate distressing experiences — helping to shift stuck patterns, reduce emotional overwhelm, and foster lasting resilience. In therapy, I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore how early attachment wounds and relational dynamics may continue to shape present-day challenges — emotionally, physically, and in relationships. Every healing process is unique and paced with care. Whether you're seeking relief from current stressors or engaging in deeper, long-term work, my goal is to support a more grounded, empowered relationship with yourself and a greater sense of clarity, connection, and wholeness.
