I’ve completed Foundational EMDR training through Touchstone Institute and integrate this powerful modality to help clients process perinatal trauma, birth experiences, and the emotional weight of caregiving. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing in motherhood is possible—and deeply transformative.
