About Me
My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming. I have 15 years of experience helping people process trauma from caregivers, partners, and educational environments. I have a tailored approach to EMDR and can combine art therapy and self-compassion mindfulness to the process. I believe therapist and client must work together and have an active approach.
Education & Experience
I have a dual graduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy. I worked in community mental health for 5 years where I got trained in EMDR. I have lived experience with neurodiversity and while I do not just see people who have ADHD, Dyslexia, or Autism, I am committed to making sure those with hidden differences are respected and feel safe. I am currently training in Neurodiversity Affirming Evaluations
