Shara Schlitzberger, LPC
About Me
Hi, I’m Shara Schlitzberger and I’m an LPC license in Texas. Life can be really tough and it helps to have someone to walk with you when you’re going through a hard time. If you’ve been struggling with relationship issues, trauma that’s affecting you, losses, anxiety, OCD, phobias, divorce, blended families, or parenting issues, I would be honored to help you as your therapist. Getting therapy may be really helpful in your life to help you overcome challenges. I offer a comfortable, safe, kind, non-judgmental space for my clients to talk and process their feelings about what’s happening in their lives. I really believe in the power of therapy to help clients who want to make change in their lives to make progress and learn to be the healthiest version of themselves possible. I am trained an EMDR therapy and I’ve seen success with my clients that are utilizing EMDR as a therapeutic method in their healing. I am also a cognitive behavioral therapist. I offer in person and virtual sessions to Texas residents. If you would like more information please check out my website www.carryoncounseling.com Thank you so much for stopping by and please reach out for more info. My email is shara@carryoncounseling.com I consider it an honor to walk with my client along their journeys to find hope and healing in their lives.
