About Me
Hufsa Ahmad, LCSW, is an award-winning advocate, licensed Muslim therapist, 2-time TEDx speaker, internationally speaker and comedian, former tech professional, and neurodivergent high achiever with lived experience. After over a decade in traditional therapy, she found faster healing through a short-term therapy known as EMDR – making more progress in three sessions than in years. She now helps clients achieve real transformation through efficient therapies that don’t have to last forever. Outside of her practice, her speaking and content focus on teaching proven methods and offering unique perspectives to help people solve problems — even without going to therapy.
