About Me
With over 25 years of experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy for clients of all ages, my professional focus has been helping people find the right trauma informed therapeutic tools so that they can better know themselves and move beyond destructive thinking and feeling patterns, have new insights and healing regarding past traumas, and face life's challenges with confidence. With empathy and compassionate care, that is informed by sound scientific evidence, I guide my clients towards a life with more joy and meaning and to experience relationships that are healthy and enriching.
