About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Florida, with a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My work is deeply rooted in EMDR therapy, neuroscience-informed care, and client-centered approaches that honor each person’s unique story. I specialize in belief-based trauma, emotional regulation, and building resilience in the nervous system. Whether working with adults, veterans, foster youth, or first-time therapy clients, I aim to create a space where healing feels both safe and sustainable.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and my Bachelor’s in Psychology & Theology from Trinity College of Florida. I’ve worked in private practice, community mental health, and the foster care system—providing therapy, conducting clinical assessments, and collaborating with families and care teams. I maintain a hybrid caseload of over 30 clients weekly and hold certification in Applied Neuroscience through BCBC with Dr. McKay. I’m currently completing EMDR certification training with Coast to Coast EMDR.
