About Me

My practice is grounded in a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. I work with adults (18+) who are seeking clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to themselves. Many clients come feeling anxious, stuck, or impacted by trauma, loss, or early life experiences. I provide a steady, attuned presence as we explore the patterns that hold you back and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Clinically, I integrate insight-oriented therapy, somatic work, EMDR, and DBT, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual. My work is evidence-based and deeply relational, emphasizing empathy, emotional safety, and cultural sensitivity. I offer therapy in English and Hebrew and honor the importance of identity and lived experience in healing.

Education & Experience

I have worked in a variety of New York City healthcare settings, including Bellevue Hospital’s Chemical Dependency Outpatient Clinic (where I also completed my CASAC training), Maimonides Medical Center’s outpatient psychiatry department, and IVDU School supporting young adults with special needs. I also provided individual and group therapy at a group practice located in downtown Manhattan before moving into private practice, where I now support adults navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, and depression. My training includes a BA in Psychology from Hunter College, an MSW from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work, and certifications in DBT, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Compassion-Based Therapy, and EMDR. EMDR has been especially powerful in my work—both virtually and in person—helping clients find meaningful relief from trauma symptoms, greater emotional balance, and a stronger sense of empowerment.
