About Me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping women navigate stress, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in EMDR therapy, integrative trauma-informed care, and practical tools for emotional regulation. I create a compassionate space where clients feel supported as they process painful experiences and reconnect with themselves.
Education & Experience
I hold an Master of Social Work from Boston University and am licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Florida. I am also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), which means I have advanced training in incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, and mind-body approaches into mental health care. I have completed extensive EMDR training, including Basic Training and ongoing advanced consultation, and bring over a decade of experience across community mental health, medical, and private practice settings.
