My approach is to assist you in understanding the origin of your difficulties and by working together, we can begin to treat the impact they have on your current issues. This approach is geared towards creating lasting and meaningful change. My hope is to begin our journey together with a safe, non-judgemental environment to build our relationship on. When we begin to work towards your goals, my hope is that our sessions will be guided by your unique needs.
Education & Experience
Karen obtained her Master's of Arts from the University of San Diego, in Marriage and Family Therapy, and her Bachelor's of Arts in Communications from DePaul University. Karen has a wide range of of experience in mental health issues. Karen's approach is one of open curiosity and genuine interest. Karen's goal is to share in your journey and help you discover insight into struggles that feel life-long. With this insight, you can begin to unravel these struggles together, to create the lasting change you desire.
