About Me
Utilizing EMDR is a passion of mine, and I approach treatment through the thoughtful application of the eight-phase EMDR model, tailored to each client’s readiness, strengths, and treatment goals. I enjoy helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting change in their lives by supporting them in processing experiences that may be holding them back from living fully. I completed my EMDR Basic Training in 2018 and continue to value the EMDR eight-phase model as a powerful, evidence-based approach for addressing a wide range of concerns. My areas of interest include perinatal mental health, complex trauma, men’s issues, and working with other therapists. I appreciate the nuanced ways each persons’ experiences can impact emotional well-being, and I enjoy working with individuals ages 10 - 99. I approach each client with care and curiosity, recognizing their unique challenges, goals, and lived experiences. My work is grounded in an integrative, client-focused perspective, and I strive to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic space where healing and growth can occur.
