About Me
I specialize in using attachment-focused EMDR integrated with parts work to help adults heal from the complex trauma of being raised by emotionally immature or narcissistic parents. My approach recognizes that childhood survival strategies often create fragmented internal parts—the people-pleaser, the perfectionist, the inner critic, and the wounded child—that can be gently accessed and healed through EMDR's bilateral stimulation combined with parts dialogue. I'm particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals who carry additional layers of family rejection trauma, and those breaking free from codependency and chronic people-pleasing patterns. My psychodynamic-informed talk therapy provides deeper insight into unconscious patterns while EMDR with parts work facilitates profound healing at both the nervous system and internal system levels. Together, we'll work to integrate all aspects of yourself, helping you move from fragmentation to wholeness, from self-abandonment to self-compassion, and from surviving to authentically thriving.
