About Me

I am an integrative trauma therapist who supports healing through a mind–body–soul approach, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds when we feel safe, seen, and deeply connected to our inner healing wisdom. I weave EMDR with Reiki and sound bath meditation to support regulation, embodiment, and deep integration of therapeutic gains. I believe trauma healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting with the wisdom within—allowing us to cultivate self-trust, compassion, and a deeper relationship with one’s authentic self. I am also currently training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and I am excited to incorporate this promising modality into my treatment in Spring of 2026.

Education & Experience

I received my Master’s degree from Loyola University in 2020 and since then, I have gained extensive experience in clinical settings. I have served as Chief Operating Officer at The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety and now serve as Strategic Growth Coordinator. More clinically, I have led individual EMDR intensives, facilitated somatic-based retreats, worked in crisis evaluation settings, and have trained under EMDR Consultant, Christina Allen.
