Stephanie Alley, LPC
(She/Her)
About Me
Stephanie is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in EMDR therapy with professional women navigating work-related stress, career transitions, and major life events. She understands the pressure to perform, manage multiple roles, and appear “together” while internally struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome. Stephanie views these challenges through an EMDR and Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) lens, recognizing that many current difficulties are rooted in earlier experiences and beliefs that once served a protective purpose but are no longer adaptive. She provides a safe, attuned, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can identify and process the experiences contributing to emotional distress, reactivity, or feeling stuck. Using EMDR therapy, Stephanie helps clients access and reprocess distressing memories, reduce emotional intensity, and install more adaptive beliefs that support confidence, self-trust, and emotional regulation. Stephanie integrates EMDR with a strengths-based, grounded approach, helping professional women move toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and alignment in both their personal and professional lives.
