The course will also provide insight into recognizing the signs and symptoms of relational trauma across developmental stages and its effects on self-esteem, coping mechanisms, and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, participants will gain practical skills in applying therapeutic techniques that foster secure attachment, enhance emotional regulation, and promote recovery from relational trauma.
