Pamela Brown, MA, LPC, CAGCS
About Me
Originally from the Midwest, I’ve built my roots in Arizona, where I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma and life challenges that can make trusting the world difficult. I bring both experience and a down-to-earth, collaborative presence to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to be yourself. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences have shaped your emotions and patterns, and I’ll guide you in building practical skills and strategies to manage difficult feelings, process what you’ve been through, and move forward with more confidence and control. I hope to help clients slow down, connect with themselves, and finally feel capable of handling life without being overwhelmed by it.
Education & Experience
Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University (2020). Trained in EMDR (2021). Certified in advanced grief counseling (2026) . I work exclusively with adults (18+) and currently provide sessions online, though I have experience in both in-person and telehealth settings. I also have additional training in trauma-informed care, structural dissociation, and polyvagal theory to help clients feel safe, supported, and stable throughout therapy.
