Elizabeth Boyer, LMFT
About Me
Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. I provide a calm, grounded environment where you can explore emotional pain, relationship patterns, and life transitions without judgment, while learning practical skills that foster lasting change. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, trauma, codependency, narcissistic abuse, and divorce recovery. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation, allowing healing to occur on both emotional and body-based levels. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique experiences, supporting insight, resilience, and deeper connection—with yourself and others. I invite you to learn more about my approach and experience below, and to see if this feels like the right fit for your healing journey.
