Panelists—Karen Alter-Reid, Ph.D.; Bill Brislin, LMHC; Mary French, BSN, MSW, LCSW-C; Marlene Kenney, MA, LICSW; and Sharon Rollins, MS, LPC-S, NCC—respond to dilemmas and challenges in EMDR consultation such as how do you support consultees who are only doing resourcing because they are afraid to move to reprocessing? How do you define competency? How do you support Consultees who are hesitant to utilize EMDR virtually?

- Participants will be able to describe the importance of case conceptualization and clinical decision making for the professional growth and development of EMDR Therapists.
- Participants will be able to describe specific ways to assess fidelity to the standard protocol when working with consultees for EMDR certification.
