What does it mean to offer EMDR consultation that strives to work with decolonization/anti-racist lenses? And what does the term “broaching” from Norma Day-Vines look like in consultation? - Participants will be able to discuss possible dilemmas and challenges during the consultation process.
- Participants will be able to describe the importance of case conceptualization and clinical decision making for the professional growth and development of EMDR Therapists.
- Participants will be able to describe specific ways to assess fidelity to the standard protocol when working with consultees for EMDR certification.
