About Me
I use an integrative approach, EMDR combined with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy and Relational Therapy, that works comprehensively with the entire mind-body connection. I work with high functioning adults who are managing well, but carry a heavy burden beneath the surface: anxiety that won't switch off, and wounds that shape how they love, connect, see themselves, and navigate in the world, My areas of specialty include complex trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), childhood and relationship wounds, attachment and relational patterns, chronic stress, life transitions, caregiver stress, grief and loss, and health and medical trauma. These are issues that frequently involve significant trauma or overwhelm, and are best addressed with more than traditional talk therapy, coping tools surface-level symptom management or a single therapy modality alone. In addition to providing EMDR therapy, I offer both individual and group consultation to providers, with several groups running monthly on several days each month. I am currently accepting those who have completed EMDR Basic Training and are either working towards becoming certified, or are simply looking to further enhance their knowledge and skills in a warm and supportive space.
