About Me

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am currently accepting new EMDR clients and consultees. I provide stand-alone EMDR as well as EMDR integrated with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Somatic Therapy. For those interested in accelerated treatment, I offer EMDR Intensives. EMDR Intensives combine several hours of treatment into a day, over one or more days. I work well with clients from many different backgrounds and with many different experiences, including those with anxiety, panic, grief, chronic illness, a life-threatening diagnosis, a difficult childhood, and more. Clients who may also find me to be a good fit for themselves include: creatives, professionals, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA individuals, and fellow therapists. I chose to specialize in EMDR after witnessing its profound effects in treating clients who were survivors of 9/11. I observed then how EMDR could help diffuse the emotional charge of a trauma in an entirely different way than traditional talk therapy. After having that charge reduced, clients often describe how they no longer experience being hit by a tsunami wave of emotions when they recall what happened to them, and that they now feel more like themselves. In addition to providing EMDR therapy, I offer both individual and group consultation to providers, with several groups running monthly on several days each month. I am currently accepting those who have completed EMDR Basic Training and are either working towards becoming certified, or are simply looking to further enhance their knowledge and skills in a warm and supportive space.
