About Me
While I will never push my clients, I will challenge them. I view therapy as a tailored approach centered around connection, not intervention. I carefully consider where my client is and where they are in their therapeutic journey. I hope to model the healthy relationships they aspire to have. My approach to trauma treatment is not to shy away from the experience but to dive into it with my clients. I do my therapeutic work to ensure enough room for client experiences without interference. I regard my clients in a way that they have always needed and maybe have not had.
Education & Experience
I graduated from the University of New Haven in 2018 with a Master's in Communit-Clinical Psychology. I completed professional counseling coursework online with Post University to accommodate my work as a reunification case worker. I worked in many large agencies before opening my private practice in October 2022. Since 2018 I have strived to continue learning and expanding my competency in the field of counseling.
