Ms. Aimee Mills-Viscovich, LICSW
(she/her)
Preferred Name: Aimee
About Me
My name is Aimee, and I am so glad that you’re here! I am a ciswoman, queer, neurodivergent therapist, and I am honored to provide mental health services to individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, which includes expansive gender identities and sexual orientations. As a member of the community myself, I deeply understand the need for therapists who bring this lived experience to their work. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring a unique perspective to my work. This perspective allows me to ask questions and challenge old patterns of behavior in a direct way. I am able to share complex psychoeducational information in simple, digestible ways.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Boston University with my Master's Degree in Social Work in 2016. Prior to that I earned my Bachelor of Science, and Master of Arts in Psychology. Since graduating, I have become licensed as an independent clinical social worker and have worked in hospital and community settings providing both individual and group therapy.
