About Me

"Sometimes just living is an act of courage." -Seneca Sometimes it can be difficult to get through every day as we are weighed down by fears, sadness, hopelessness, or feeling haunted from the past. As your therapist, I can help you learn to see the beauty within yourself and guide you in making the changes you need to heal. I approach every client with an unwavering sense of non-judgment, recognizing that everyone has their own path in life that leads them to the choices they make. I can be a soothing presence when the world is dark, and when you’re ready to challenge yourself, I can help you reach new heights. I am certified in EMDR and can use that therapy to help you heal from your past and develop a new perspective on life. I also use approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems to help you make progress toward your goals. I specialize in treating clients with trauma and I feel confident that I can help you heal from the past and feel more hopeful about the future. I can be here to go through this journey alongside you and be the steady presence you need along the way. Remember, even when life feels overwhelming, you can have the courage to keep going.
