I believe in emphasizing one's own unique spiritual journey as the primary source of knowing; that there is nothing needed to "fix," rather an opportunity to explore and re-rediscover what is already present with newfound curiosity and connection.

Collaborating with our natural environment whilst providing a safe and contained relationship for my clients encourages us both to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually through compassion in relationships.

My background in Transpersonal and Eastern Psychology appropriately blends familiar and current Western approaches to counseling with organic, mindful, and compassionate perspectives, outlooks, and interventions.
