I provide EMDR therapy to adults in New Mexico and coaching to healthcare professionals worldwide. My approach combines compassionate presence, evidence-based practices, and practical tools to help clients heal from trauma, restore self-confidence, and reconnect with a greater sense of purpose, meaning, and well-being.

With over 15 years of experience, I have worked with individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and professional burnout. I integrate EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, nervous system regulation, and parts work to support meaningful and lasting change.
