About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) in New Mexico and a Certified International Life Coach. I provide EMDR therapy to help individuals recover from trauma, as well as Mindfulness Life Coaching to support personal and professional development. I strive to create a calm and respectful atmosphere. My clients often describe me as down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Additionally, I believe that self-care extends beyond the therapy room, which is why I provide my clients with practical, real-world tools to use at home.
