About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) in the State of New Mexico and a Certified Life Coach. I offer EMDR to help people recover from trauma and Mindfulness Life Coaching to assist clients with personal and professional development. Did you know that EMDR can be used in coaching to enhance strengths and overcome blocks? I strive to maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere. My clients describe me as down-to-earth and easy to talk to. In addition, I understand that self-care extends beyond the therapy room. For this reason, my clients are offered practical, real-world tools to take home with them.

Minored in Art/Art Therapy Concentration. College of Santa Fe. New Mexico. HONORS April 2016-Present PSYCHOTHERAPIST, OWNER, PRIVATE PRACTICE PSYCHOTHERAPY OFFICE, Second Creation Inc., Santa Fe, New Mexico - I provide integrative, individual, client-centered services to adults and teens. - Offering treatment for Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Life Transitions, Self-Confidence, and Athletic Performance. - I specialize in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (CBT), multi-modal, trauma-informed approaches, and positive psychology. Certified in EMDR-Levels I & II. (EMDR is the Gold Standard Treatment for PTSD and Trauma). My background also consists of study/training in health and healing practices and 11 years in the fitness/group exercise industry. I am a Certified Life Coach Practioner through the Certified Coaches Federation.
