About Me
I work with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and trauma. I also work with people how have (or may have) ADHD or Autism, especially those diagnosed later in life. I am LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodiverse affirming.
Education & Experience
I hold a MA in Counselling Psychology with Distinction, a BA in Child and Youth Care, and a Diploma in Community Support Work. With 30 years of experience in counselling, youth work, education, and special education, I bring compassion, insight, and real world understanding to therapy.

I am the founder of Growing Minds Counselling and Consuting, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #22768), a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #11246472), and a Mental Health First Aid Facilitator.
