About Me

Hi, I'm Alli! I specialize in working with teens to help them navigate the unique challenges of adolescence, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, stress, and building confidence. I also support adults facing struggles with addiction and dual diagnoses, helping them find paths to healing and growth. In my work, I utilize EMDR to address past trauma and difficult life experiences. EMDR allows clients to process painful memories and reduce their emotional impact, so they can move forward with resilience and peace. Whether with teens or adults, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for healing.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. As a licensed therapist, I have specialized training in EMDR and extensive experience working with both teens and adults. My practice focuses on supporting teens through the complexities of adolescence and guiding adults in their recovery journeys, with a particular emphasis on dual diagnoses. With a background rooted in compassion and evidence-based approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), and AAP (Animal Assisted Psychotherapy) I am dedicated to ongoing professional growth to ensure I provide the highest quality care for my clients.
