About Me
I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care. I work with adults navigating the effects of complex trauma, ADHD, and autism, with a particular focus on supporting creative professionals and neurodivergent individuals. As a trained EMDR therapist, I integrate EMDR with somatic and art-informed approaches to help clients move beyond old patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and create space for meaningful change. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I currently offer online therapy for clients in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. My goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where clients can process what feels stuck and reconnect with their own resilience.
Education & Experience
I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Development with a focus in Psychology in 2010 from Wheelock College. I also had minors in Visual Art and Philosophy. I earned my Master's of Social Work degree from Boston College in 2012. I have had roles as a Mental Health Therapist, Supervisor, & Clinic Director for over 13 years. I have worked in a variety of settings including community-based outreach counseling, in home therapy, outpatient opioid use treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and outpatient individual & group private practice settings.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am a member of the NASW, EMDRIA, and the chamber of commerce in my hometown.
