About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor with a passion for helping children, teens, and adults navigate the effects of trauma, emotional dysregulation, and other life challenges. Since 2017, I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan, providing a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. I blend evidence-based approaches with creativity and compassion, focusing on skills, insight, and resilience to help clients create meaningful change. When not working, I have a love for the beach, my cats, and reading (especially poetry).

Education & Experience

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Florida and my Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) since 2020 and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 2021. My professional experience includes working with trauma survivors, individuals with complex mental health concerns, and those navigating significant life transitions. I also integrate psychodrama, expressive therapies, and mindfulness-based techniques into my work.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I am actively pursuing EMDR Certification, as well as credentials as a Certified Psychodramatist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I am a member of a Healing Coalition that is dedicated to trauma recovery and community support in Stuart FL. I am also a committee member for The Sanctuary, an LGBTQ+ Community Center, on the Treasure Coast.
