About Me

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over seven years of experience specializing in trauma therapy. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not only possible — it’s something you deserve, no matter how long you’ve been carrying what happened to you.

I work primarily with high-achieving women who have built successful lives on the outside while quietly carrying the weight of their past on the inside. Many of my clients are accomplished, driven, and highly functional — and exhausted from how hard they’ve worked to stay that way. They’ve often tried therapy before and felt like they were going in circles — processing the same pain without it ever really shifting. That’s where EMDR comes in, and it’s why I’m passionate about it.

EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — is one of the most well-researched, effective approaches available for trauma treatment. Rather than just talking about what happened, EMDR works with how your brain and body have stored painful experiences, allowing you to process them in a way that creates real, lasting change.
I specialize in EMDR Intensives — a concentrated two-day format that allows us to go deeper, faster than traditional weekly therapy makes possible. For high-achieving women who don’t have the luxury of putting their lives on hold, the intensive format offers something weekly therapy often can’t — focused, uninterrupted time dedicated entirely to your healing.

My approach is direct but compassionate. I won’t waste your time, and I’ll walk alongside you through the hard parts. I know from both professional experience and personal understanding that it takes courage to face what you’ve been through. I also know what’s waiting on the other side of that work.

If you’re ready to stop managing your trauma and start healing from it, I’d love to connect.
