Online Therapy

About Me

I am a trauma-sensitive psychotherapist currently working towards EMDR certification. My approach integrates EMDR with IFS, EFIT, Polyvagal Theory, ecotherapy and somatic practices, fostering deep healing and emotional connection. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including perinatal and women's health issues. With a focus on post-traumatic growth, I help clients build resilience, process trauma safely, and cultivate healthier relationships. Based in Ottawa, I offer both in-person and online sessions, tailoring care to meet each client’s unique needs.

Education & Experience

I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology, a BA in Counselling Psychology, and extensive training in EMDR therapy, along with certifications in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), clinical trauma work (CCTS-I), and restorative yoga (RYT). With nearly fifteen years of experience in the helping profession, I have worked in both community and private practice settings, supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I am committed to ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of trauma-informed care.
