About Me

My solo practice specializes in the integration of evidence-based practices and holistic based clinical, creative, meditative skills to fit the needs of individuals seeking support in processing stressful life adjustments that may include acute, chronic and complex trauma.

Education & Experience

I am a California-based Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 7898) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC 18-044) with a Master of Art in Art Therapy Counseling from Marylhurst University (MA 2014).
In 2020, I completed my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am a EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ (2025).
I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT®200; 2020), hold a Master of Fine Arts degree from UC Davis (MFA 2002), a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley (BA 1999), and over ten years experience in arts instruction with lifelong experience working with a wide variety of art mediums and practices.
I have been a clinical telemental health provider (CTMH) since 2020 and use videoconferencing to meet with my private clients. All individual client sessions are through video Telehealth by appointment only and are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8am-8pm. Mondays and Fridays are reserved for in person workshops, groups and contract work.
