About Me
I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can be your authentic self. I use a trauma responsive approach to practically and intentionally provide individualized support to my clients based on their own unique story and needs. I am also open to collaboration with related healthcare providers to support a holistic approach to healing. My professional training includes: person centered, trauma responsive approach, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained.
Education & Experience
I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Bluffton University and my Master of Social Work Degree from The Ohio State University. I have 10 years of clinical, community-based experience and I am independently licensed with a supervisory designation in the state of Ohio.
