Amanda Loessberg, MSW, LCSW
(she/her)
About Me
Amanda was born and raised outside of Flint, Michigan. After graduation from High School, she was bitten by the travel bug and moved to San Francisco. She later returned to University of Michigan-Flint where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she spent 7 years providing crisis services and suicide prevention services on a mobile crisis team. Having two special needs kids lead her to Florida to be with family. Oddly enough, 4 years later, her journey surprisingly lead her to Wyoming where she has lived for 13 years. She spent 9 years at the VA while earning her masters degree in clinical social work. She is now licensed and she enjoys serving all populations. Her passion is helping people through their trauma utilizing the EMDR model. Today, she enjoys being at home with her amazing kids and husband. She also has three fur babies, one of which is a 175-pound English Mastiff who enjoys joining therapy sessions.
