About Me
More people struggle with functioning daily than would like to admit it. It can also feel very isolating and hopeless at times. No matter who you are, it can be important to talk to someone who can help with processing your experiences. If you are motivated for change and looking for someone to keep you accountable, you have come to the right place. I have struggled with anxiety and depression first hand and hope to bring my personal and professional experiences to my work. Every person is unique, so every therapeutic experience is unique. I utilize EMDR to address symptoms and issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for improving coping skills between session. I know it can be hard to ask for help. My goal is to always create a judgement free environment where client's can speak freely about their issues. It is important to me to have open and transparent communication with my clients in order to give them what they need. This is YOUR space to do with it as you want. I am just here to help you navigate your journey.
