About Me
I value the trust it takes to share your story and view therapy as a collaborative space for healing and growth. My work centers on supporting individuals, particularly those from marginalized and minority communities, in understanding how life experiences have shaped their sense of self while fostering resilience, self-compassion, and emotional balance. Through EMDR, mindfulness, and relational approaches, I help clients release old wounds and reconnect with their inner strength. I welcome feedback and continue to seek training and consultation to provide culturally responsive and compassionate care.
