About Me

Are you a woman that grew up believing you had a good childhood, but now you have realized that your childhood was not as picture perfect as you thought. You needed to hold onto those moments of normalcy- then and now- because the reality of what happened is too hard to bear. You’re angry at the fact you should have been loved, protected, and cared for- but those closest to you misused their power and authority. You should have been able to be a kid, but instead you were forced to grow up way before your time. Maybe you had to keep what happened to you a secret and not rock the boat, but it is starting to take its toll on you. You have come to realize that you struggle to balance your needs with those closest to you or you feel the need to be perfect in order to be loved. The good news is it doesn’t have to stay this way. You can reclaim your power and overcome negative childhood experiences with EMDR therapy or EMDR Intensives. I have a passion for helping women just like you identify and address negative childhood experiences and learn to live life burden free. We will work together to rewrite the stories of your past and help you learn to leave the past behind. I will be with you every step of the way and walk you through the EMDR process so that you can come to a different relationship with what you have experienced. We will journey together weekly or through an intensive format to help you heal and become the best version of yourself. My goal is to help you dig deep so you can reflect on where you have been, identify what is keeping you stuck, and explore new possibilities. I would love to connect with you and be a part of your healing journey. Visit my website today to schedule your free 20 minute consultation today.
