About Me
I promote collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationships, recognizing that each person brings a distinct narrative and multiple strengths to the counseling journey. My purpose is to provide comprehensive and compassionate counseling services aimed at fostering holistic well-being and empowering clients to navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-discovery. Whether you are navigating trauma, facing life transitions, or seeking personal growth, my role is to offer empathy, understanding, and trauma informed evidence-based interventions such as culturally sensitive EMDR tailored to your unique needs.
Education & Experience
I received my degrees in Counselor Education and Supervision and Counseling, Holistic Counseling, Psychology, and Biology pre-medicine. I also have a certificate in the creative and expressive arts. I have worked with clients who struggle with a wide range of mental health diagnoses pertaining to substance use, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have also worked in a variety of mental health settings serving children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, and groups.
