About Me
I provide telehealth services to clients in California and Florida to treat trauma, complex trauma, adverse childhood experiences, PTSD, and recent or ongoing traumatic events as well as anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, and depression. I specialize in integrative EMDR therapy (50- to 75-minute sessions), adjunct EMDR therapy (in addition to your established talk therapy), and EMDR intensives (3-hour blocks weekly, biweekly, or multiple times per week).
