About Me

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing therapy and assessment for difficulties related to depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, ADHD/ADD, addiction, and behavioral issues. I work with adults and adolescents, including veterans and youth at risk for or have had juvenile justice involvement. Regardless of age, background, and circumstances, I treat every client in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and respectful way, that in my experience, helps people to be more at ease and build trust within the working relationship, which is essential to get the most out of therapy. I offer a number of interventions based on the specific goals and needs of each client, such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. Finding a therapist that's a good fit for you, may feel like a difficult task that gets put off. It's important to find someone you're comfortable with and ultimately trust to help you identify and meet your needs and goals. Please don't hesitate to contact me for an initial free phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
