About Me
You don’t have to keep holding it all together. I work with high-functioning adults, leaders, and creatives who appear steady on the outside but carry deep exhaustion, anxiety, or unresolved trauma within. My approach blends EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, KAP, and somatic practices to help your body and mind process what words alone can’t reach. As a Latina therapist and founder of Collectively We Heal, I offer therapy that is warm, direct, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. Our work is intentional and collaborative—designed to help you reclaim the parts of yourself that learned to survive by staying small. I offer virtual sessions and limited in-person therapy in Echo Park and Beverly Hills.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University, integrating clinical depth with a systems-level understanding of stress, leadership, and change. In addition to private practice, I serve in a leadership role at UCLA, where I help shape access to mental health care and have trained staff in trauma-responsive practices. My experience across community, academic, and organizational settings informs a therapy style that is both attuned and intentional—grounded in relational safety and informed by evidence-based care. I have advanced training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and trauma-informed yoga. Our sessions are paced for depth and integration—supporting high-achieving nervous systems in learning to slow down, release, and reconnect.
