About Me
Are you motivated to understand how past experiences affect different areas of your life and relationships? Do you struggle with unresolved past trauma, chronic feelings of guilt and shame, or low self-esteem? I like assisting clients in processing traumatic experiences related to developmental and cultural trauma. I enjoy helping clients identify core beliefs, cognitive distortions, triggers, and attachment styles. Do you struggle with multicultural problems due to living in a different country/culture?
Education & Experience
I earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago in 2020. My foundation in psychology was laid at the University Complutense of Madrid in Spain, where I graduated as a clinical psychologist in 2009.
