About Me

You're a smart woman, consumed by anxiety and stress. On the bad days you feel like you're fighting a losing battle against yourself. You work so hard to please others at the expense of your own health and wellbeing. You desperately want to let go of your mask and just be yourself, but you are terrified that if they truly knew you, they would reject you. Part of you worries that you will be held back by anxiety, stress, and your past forever, while another part of you believes that relief and a better life is possible. You know that something needs to change. I use EMDR therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to help women calm their nervous system, reduce negative self-talk, develop tools to manage stress, learn to communicate most effectively, and connect to their support system. My clients become empowered to make decisions based on their values and to create a life they love. You don’t have to suffer in silence or go through this alone. It takes immense courage to talk about the messy parts of our lives. It is also where true healing begins. I encourage you to take a deep breath, pick up the phone and give me a call so that you can be free from the anxiety and stress, and live the life you want to live.
