About Me
I am a 55+ year-old mom and step-mom, passionate about shame resilience, self-compassion and trauma taking its place in the past. I enjoy helping couples understand each other better, gardening, group singing, hiking, and time with loved ones.
Education & Experience
I provide therapy for individuals and couples over 16 years old. I have a Master's in Social Work in Interpersonal Practice / Mental Health, with focus areas of trauma informed care, perinatal care, neurodiversity, and LGBTQ+ issues. I work with diagnoses of depression, anxiety, OCD and PTSD, and can provide support to clients going through life transitions, or in active recovery from addiction or bipolar disorder. Before starting my own practice, I worked in mental health, wellness and DEI settings. Before I became a clinical social worker, I worked in health care and retreat settings as a clinical massage therapist, breathworker and fitness educator, focused on wellness and pain relief.
